abstract The invention relates to a method for the simultaneous or single determination, both qualitatively and quantitatively, of the content of Solvent Yellow 124 marker and Solvent Red 19 or Solvent Red 164 or Solvent Blue 35 in a diesel fuel. Using a fluorescence spectroscope, the fluorescence properties of the diesel fuel samples are examined, and then, on the basis of the measurements carried out earlier for the standard samples, the concentration of the components in the tested samples is determined. The total content of components is determined on the basis of the calibration factors of multi-parameter reference models.
