abstract | The method of obtaining metal salts and producing building materials from anthropogenic deposits by means of electrochemistry and hydrometallurgy is characterized by the successive stages of: electrochemical treatment (11) of wastewater from an anthropogenic deposit; the anthropogenic bed is pre-processed (12), consisting in magnetic separation and extraction of metal salts by electrochemical and hydrometallurgical methods in an apparatus for intensification of processes using an alternating electromagnetic field using an anolyte formed in the process of electrolysis of wastewater from an anthropogenic bed as a leaching agent; then the leach mixture from the pretreatment step is subjected to electrochemical purification and electrolysis of metals (13); purification of the solid phase (14) from the anthropogenic deposit by hydrometallurgical methods; slag grinds (15); a geopolymer (16) is prepared from an active raw material of building materials resulting from the solid phase purification step (14), a slag and an active 10% solution of sodium metasilicate in water; prefabricated building materials (17) are made of geopolymer. |
