abstract The subject of the application is a method of obtaining a cell-free matrix from the mantle of squid (Loligio Vulgaris). The method has been adapted to be carried out by each unit dealing with biotechnology and regenerative medicine, without the need to expand the laboratory equipment with high-class and cost-effective equipment. The decellilized squid mantle matrix can be used to create biovascular implants with allogeneic or autologous cells. The construction of the calamari mantle creates perfect conditions for its use in works aimed at the regeneration of fragments or entire organs. A particular advantage of the matrix is the high availability and low cost of the raw material needed for its production, as well as the ease of carrying out the technological process aimed at creating the described solution.
