abstract The application concerns a phospholipid derivative of cinnamic acid of the formula 3 of the formula 1 and the method of its preparation by esterification with 1-palmitoyl-2-hydroxy-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine of the formula 2 with the participation of a coupling agent which is N,N'- dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and in the presence of 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyridine in anhydrous methylene chloride or chloroform. The presented solution can be used in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.
