The invention relates to a method for producing a compound of formula (I) or the salts thereof. In formula (I), Q, X*, Y, Z, R, R<1>, R<2> and R<3> are defined as in patent claim 1, and in (Ia), (II): (R* = Hal, R** = Hal), (III): (R* = -Q-R, R** = Hal), (V): (R* = -Q-R, R** = -NCO). The inventive method is characterised in that a) a compound (II) wherein Hal = halogen atom is monoesterified into a compound (III), b) either b1) is ammonolysed and phosgenated into a compound (V) or b2) is reacted with cyanate to form a compound (V), c) the compound obtained (V) is reacted with an aminoheterocycle H2N-Het (Het = heterocyclus as in (I)) to form a compound (I) or salts thereof. Some of the compounds (II) and intermediate products (VIII) of compounds (V), stabilised with N-heteroaromates, are novel. Compounds (II) can be obtained from the corresponding sulfobenzoic acids by reacting the same with acid halogenides of sulphur or phosphor in unpolar organic solvents. |
