A diazepan derivative such as 4-Ä(3-carbamimidoylphenylamino)methylÜ-3-Ä4-(4-methyl-1,4-diazepan-1-y l)benzoylaminoÜbenzoic acid and 3-hydroxy-4'-methoxy-2-äÄ4-(4-methyl-1,4-diazepan-1-yl)benzoylÜaminoüb enzanilide or a salt thereof is an effective ingredient.
