titleOfInvention | Concentrated liquid fertilizer and method of producing liquid fertilizer |
abstract | Concentrated liquid fertilizer in the form of a solution containing 24 ± 1 wt. total nitrogennand 8 0.5 wt.%. P2O5 and is characterized by the content of polyphosphates in the range of 50 - 80% of the totalnthe amount of phosphate, preferably 55-70%, and possibly a sufficient amount of water to maintain the composition, nand possibly contains boron. The method of producing concentrated liquid fertilizer consists innin that a fertilizer is obtained by mixing a nitrate-urea solution with nitrogen contentn28 - 32 wt.% with ammonium polyphosphate solution with a fertilizer composition of 10 - 12% by weight nitrogen Nnand 30-38 wt.%. phosphorus as P2O5, preferably 33-37%, and optionally boron is introduced, atnwhereby a solution of polyphosphates is obtained by neutralizing thermal polyphosphoric acidnwith the chemical formula Hn + 2PnO3n + 1, and the content of P2O5 75 - 80% with ammonia water with ammonia contentnNH3 22 - 25.5% in the reactor - mixer cooled with water so that the process temperature does notnexceeds 70 ° C, and preferably the neutralization temperature is in the range 40 ° - 50 ° C. |
