titleOfInvention | Method for coloring fittings made of poly (methyl methacrylate) |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method of coloring moldings made of poly (methyl methacrylate), in particularncontact eye protectors to protect against harmful wavelength laser radiationnλ = 514 nm. The method of dyeing shapes made of poly (methyl methacrylate) in the dyeing chamber consists in:nthat the dyeing bath is pre-prepared by heating the aqueous dye solution at temperaturen(95 ± 2) ° C for about 1 hour, and then the pre-shaped pieces are immersed in itndegreasing the surface. The bath temperature is kept in the range of (95 ± 2) ° C, periodicallynthe color of the shaped body is controlled for the desired color, and then after obtaining the desired colornthe degree of color of the shaped piece, dyeing is discontinued, the pieces are rinsed in water and dried at temperaturensurroundings. Water-soluble and non-water-soluble dye are used to obtain the dye bathndecomposes at temperatures up to 100 ° C. |
