abstract | Manufacturing method for heat-shrinkable, radio-cross-linked, adapted productsnfor operation at temperatures up to 408 K, including the presence of copper, polyethylene, copolymernethylene vinyl acetate, stabilizer system, soot, flame retardants and fillers,ncharacterized in that the composition comprising:n- 10-80% low density polyethylene, with a flowability index of 0.2-0.9 g / 10 minutes,n- 5-50% by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, containing 20-30% of vinylacetate groups,n- stabilizing system including:n• magnesium hydroxide in the amount of 5-30% by weight in relation to the total amount of the composition,n• antioxidants with hydroxyphenyl-di-t-butyl groups,n• and / or antioxidants derived from p-phenyldiamine,n• and possibly a copper deactivator, in the case of a product intended to come into contact with copper,n- and, optionally, other additives such as carbon black, flame retardants, fillers,nlubricants or dyes are homogenized in a plasticized state at a temperature of 383-513 K,nthen it is pressed or extruded at a temperature of 393-473 K, cooled to ambient temperature, and subjected tonthe cross-linking process in an electron accelerator at a radiation dose of 6-16 MRad, thennit is conditioned under ambient conditions for a period of not less than 6 hours and subjected to the processnorientation, consisting in increasing by 150-300% the diameter or other dimension of the product on the waynblowing or stretching at a temperature of 413-463 K. |
