abstract | 1. An immediate and extended-release tablet of one or more active substances, comprising at least two superimposed layers, characterized in that: - the first outer layer consists of a mixture of the excipients and the first active substance, said first layer ensures immediate release of said active substance; - the second layer, in contact with the first layer, consists of a biodegradable, non-reactive porous polymer matrix in which a second active substance is dispersed. 11. A method for preparing a tablet as defined in any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in comprising the steps of: a) preparing a granule of a first active ingredient from a powdered mixture of the actual first active ingredient, an agent having a disintegrating effect and one or more additives advantageous for preparing an immediate release layer of said first active ingredient; b) preparing a granule of a second active substance from a powdered mixture of said second active substance, from one or more non-reactive polymeric biodegradable materials and from one or more additives advantageous for preparing a sustained release layer of said second active substance; c) combining by compression in a known manner the two granules obtained in steps a) and b) to obtain tablets, the first immediate release layer of which results from the compression of the granulate obtained in step a) and the second layer of which is in contact with said first a layer, said second layer resulting from the compression of the granules obtained in step b).
