A method of producing lithium grease by producing and dispersing a hardener in oil and introducing improvers, characterized by reacting lithium hydroxide with 12 hydroxystearic acid in the oil environment with an excess of 12 hydroxystearic acid, and then dispersing into the known the thickener in oil process, so that the lubricant produced contains up to 1%, preferably up to 0.5% by weight of 12-hydroxystearic acid, introducing 0.01-0.3% by weight, preferably 0.03-0%, in the final dispersion phase of the thickener, 1% by weight of N-oleoyl sarcosine and 0.1 - 2%, preferably 0.3 - 1.5% by weight of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate with a content of 7.2 - 11% by weight of zinc, 6.7 - 9.9% by weight phosphorus 1 13.6 - 19.8% by mass of sulfur.
