titleOfInvention Non-impregnated method of combining textile materials with rubber
abstract A non-impregnating method of joining textile materials with rubber consisting in applying a rubber mixture to a non-impregnated textile material, made of rubbers, fillers, cross-linking agents and cross-linking resins, characterized in that a rubber mixture of epoxidized natural rubber containing 20-50 molar groups is applied to the textile material. epoxy, or carboxylated butadiene styrene rubber containing 0.75% -15% unsaturated carboxylic acid compounds, or carboxylated nitrile rubber containing 0.75% -15% unsaturated carboxylic acid compounds, or hydrogenated carboxylated nitrile rubber containing 0 , 75% -15% of unsaturated carboxylic acid compounds or mixtures thereof and phenol-formaldehyde cross-linking resin or cross-linking epoxy resin or modified melamine resin in an amount of 2-15 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of rubber, by frictionation or in the form of a film rubber or by coating with a solution of a rubber mixture dissolved in a polar organic solvent, and then the coated textile is subjected to a vulcanization process.
