titleOfInvention | A method of obtaining glue, intended for joining parquet or wood with a concrete substrate |
abstract | The method of obtaining glue, intended for joining parquet or wood with a concrete substrate, ncontaining a natural oil, which uses the rosin saponification process, characterized in that ton34 - 37 parts by mass of rapeseed oil or its derivatives, previously kept at temperaturen390 - 400 K for 3-10 minutes, 38 - 48 parts by weight of balsamic rosin are introduced simultaneouslynheating the whole to a temperature of 430-480 K, and then stirring continuously, 4-8 parts by mass are addedncalcium hydroxide or carbonate is kept intact by continuing to stir at 420 - 480 K forn20-50 minutes, then, with continued stirring, it is cooled to 370-390 K and added to 16-25nmass parts of an organic solvent such as turpentine, mono alcohol, gasoline, ngetting 90 - 115 parts by mass of glue. |
