titleOfInvention | The method of obtaining allocryptopin from plant materials |
abstract | The method of obtaining allocryptopin from plant materials by raw material extractionnplant with aqueous organic acid, preferably acetic acid, and isolationntertiary alkaloids by sorption on silica gel followed by desorption with anhydrousnalcohol or by sorption on silica gel of accompanying alkaloids, anprecipitating from the solution the remaining tertiary alkaloids with lye and dissolving them innalcohol followed by filtration of the protopin precipitate from the alcohol solution, precipitation and separationnchelidonine hydrochloride, characterized in that the alcoholic solution after separation of the hydrochloridenchelidonin is evaporated to a syrup-like consistency, then diluted with water innamounts preferably 1 part by weight of the residue + 5 parts by volume of water 1 are fed innto a pH of about 7.0 by adding sodium hydroxide or ammonia, then this solutionnextracted with a carboxylic acid lower ester, preferably with propyl acetate or lowerna water immiscible ketone, preferably methyl propyl ketone until depletionnalkaloids, and the obtained extract is allowed to crystallize free allocryptopin |
