titleOfInvention The method of obtaining baking powder
abstract A method of obtaining baking powder containing mixed and powdered sournsodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, adipic acid and a filler, characterized by the fact that from 55.5%nup to 41.7 wt.%, most preferably 50.8 wt.% of a crystal sugar with a granulation of not less than 0.10 mm and with ansucrose content on a dry matter basis not less than 99% and a moisture content not more thann0.08% is placed on the bottom of the processing vessel while it is in motion, in a layer not thicker than 2 cm, afternfrom 2 wt.% to 3 wt.%, most preferably 2.1 wt.% liquid fat is added to the vesselnobtained from oilseeds, having a viscosity maintained in the range of 11.8 mPas to 37.4 mPas, given itnin the form of oil mist freely falling to the bottom of the processing vessel, with a degree of aeration not greaternas 0.2 g / cm3 and the sugar sprayed in this way is pre-mixed for a time from 60 s to 300 s, with simultaneousnfeeding sodium bicarbonate NaHCCb to the process vessel in an amount of 20% by weight, nmost preferably 24.5 wt.% NaaH2P2O7 sodium acid pyrophosphate in an amount from 15.5 wt.% to 18.4 wt.%nand most preferably 15.5 wt.% and C6H10O4 adipic acid in an amount from 9.5 wt.% to 11.3 wt.%,nmost preferably 9.5 wt.%, previously mixed together and presented as powdered, followed bynmixing for 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
