abstract |
The present utility model concerns a process for producing a natural juice beverage product. Particularly, this utility model pertains to a process for producing a natural juice beverage product comprising the steps of: extracting pineapple, beetroot, and kamias (Averrhoa bilimbi) to form a juice; filtering the juice; mixing water and an at least one sweetener to the filtered juice; pasteurizing the juice at a temperature from 85øC to 130øC for 10 to 20 minutes; hot filling the pasteurized juice into a packaging container; sealing the packaging container; inverting the sealed packaging container for 15 to 20 seconds; and cooling the packaging container. |
