abstract The utility model relates to a process of producing ant-acne soap by combination of the Turmeric and Kalamansi. The process comprising of the following steps: a) Preparing the turmeric and calamansi by extracting the juices using manual or mechanical juicers; b) Measuring 3 glasses of the combined juice of turmeric and calamansi and putting inside a plastic pail; c) Putting the caustic soda to the combined juice inside the plastic pail and mix unttil fully dissolved; d) Adding 5 glasses of coconut oil into the mixture; e) Mixing the mixture until condensed like; f) Pouring of the mixture to the moulder unttil it hardened; g) Removing the soap from the moulder; h) Storing the soap in clean place for 30 days for aging.
