abstract This parting film for green sheet production is characterized by having a substrate and a parting agent layer provided to the first surface side of the substrate, the parting agent layer containing an ultraviolet-ray-curable compound (A) containing at least three reactive functional groups selected from a (meth)acryloyl group, an alkenyl group, and a maleimide group in each molecule, a polyorganosiloxane (B), and an a-aminoalkyl phenone photoinitiator (C), the average thickness being 0.3-2 �m, the arithmetic mean roughness (Ra1) of the outer surface being no greater than 8 nm, the maximum protrusion height (Rp1) being no greater than 50 nm, and the second surface of the substrate having an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra2) of 5-40 nm and a maximum protrusion height (Rp2) of 60-500 nm. By means of the present invention, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of localized thickness unevenness and pinholes in the green sheet.
