titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR THE ELABORATION OF BIODEGRADABLE PACKAGING FROM THE SOLID WASTE OF THE OIL PALM
abstract A procedure for the elaboration of biodegradable containers for seedling pricking from the solid residues of the oil palm, which includes the following steps: harvesting the stalk; stalk shredded; fiber milling; grinding of phosphoric rock and dolomite mixed in a ratio of 1:1; preparation of a binder by mixing water with cassava starch; mixing at room temperature by means of a kneader of the binder, stalk fibers and fine aggregates; thermo-molding of biodegradable containers at 130°C for 10 seconds of pressing, applying 2.8 tons of force; cooling biodegradable containers by letting them rest at room temperature for 48 hours; and coating of the biodegradable containers by immersion with a layer of binder for a space of 2 minutes at 300°C.
