IT REFERS TO AN OPHTHALMIC COMPOSITION THAT INCLUDES: A) BEVACIZUMAB IN A CONCENTRATION OF 24 MG/ML TO 26 MG/ML; B) A PHOSPHATE BUFFER IN A CONCENTRATION OF 40 mM TO 60 mM; C) A STABILIZER SUCH AS TREHALOSE IN A CONCENTRATION OF 40 MG/ML TO 70 MG/ML; AND D) A NON-IONIC SURFACTANT SUCH AS POLYSORBATE 20 IN A CONCENTRATION OF 0.2 MG/ML TO 0.6 MG/ML. SAID COMPOSITION PRESENTS FROM 1 TO 50 PARTICLES ?10 ?M IN DIAMETER PER ML, AND THE LIMITS OF THE BACTERIAL ENDOTOXIN ASSAY (BET) IN THE INTERVAL OF 0.001 TO 0.4 EU/MG. IT ALSO REFERS TO A PREPARATION PROCESS OF SAID COMPOSITION. |
