abstract A composition comprising one or more plant defense enhancers and one or more biostimulants is described, where the plant defense enhancer comprises one or more of a plant extract, an algae filtrate and a microorganism. The plant extract comprises horsetail, giant knotweed, or a combination of these; algal filtrate comprises Ascophyllum; the microorganism comprises Trichoderma, Bacillus subtilis or a combination thereof; and the biostimulant comprises one or more than one amino acid, a plant extract, an algae filtrate, microorganisms, a protein, a peptide, or a combination thereof. Said composition can provide greater fruit set and higher yield.
