Referred to a compound of Formula (I), where m is 0, 1 or 2; Z is hydrogen, CH3 or -OR1, where R1 is selected from hydrogen, C3-C6alkenyl, haloC1-C4alkyl, - (CH2) nX, among others; n is 1, 2, 3, or 4; X is selected from hydrogen, -CH3, -CF3, C1-C4alkoxy, -N (CH3) 2, among others; A is selected from -CH2O-, -OCH2-, - (CH2) 2-, among others; and R2 is selected from (II) and (III). These compounds are immunomodulatory, useful for the treatment of various diseases, including cancer and infectious diseases.
