abstract Refers to an adduct formed by (2E) -but-2-enedioic acid and 3- (2 - {[4-4-trifluoromethoxy) phenyl] amino} -1 - [(1R, 5R) -3 acid, 3,5-trimethylcyclohexyl] -1H-benzimidazol-5-yl) propanoic acid comprising a molecule of fumaric acid to four molecules of 3- (2 - {[4-4-trifluoromethoxy) phenyl] amino} -1 - [( 1R, 5R) -3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexyl] -1H-benzimidazol-5-yl) propanoic. Said adduct in its crystalline form has maximum peaks in an X-ray diffractogram (2 theta) such as 5.4; 6.8; 10.2; 10.3; 10.8; 11.1; 16.8 and 21.6. The present invention is useful for the treatment and prophylaxis of tumors.
