Refers to a compound of Formula I or a salt thereof, wherein: R is aliphatic, aryl, halo, amide, or CN; R1 is H, aliphatic or heroaliphatic; R2 is H, aliphatic, aryl, amide, among others; R3 is independently H, halogen, nitro, cyano, among others, and is 1 to 6; Het-1 is 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl. These compounds are derived from pyrazole and are inhibitors of interleukin receptor associated kinases (IRAK) modulating the Toll-like signaling process (TLR). The compounds can be used to treat or prevent an autoimmune disease, inflammatory disorder, cardiovascular disease, or other condition associated with IRAK. |
