It refers to compounds derived from cyclic dinucleotides of formula I, where: R1 is OH and R2 is NH2 or R1 is NH2 and R2 is H; R3 is OH and R4 is NH2 or R3 is NH2 and R4 is H; R5 and R6 are OH, F; Y1 and Y2 are CH2 or O. Also included are salts and tautomers of said compound, as well as compositions, combinations, drugs that contain them and processes for their preparation. These compounds are used in the treatment of diseases and conditions in which modulation of STING (stimulator of interferon genes) is beneficial, for example, inflammation, allergic and autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, cancer, and as adjuvants to vaccines. Among the preferred compounds we have: (1S, 6R, 8R, 9S, 10R, 15R, 17R, 18R) -17- (2-amino-6-oxo-6,9-dihydro-1H-purin-9-yl) - 8- (6-amino-9H-purin-9-yl) -3,9,12,18-tetrahydroxy-2,4,11,13-tetraoxa-3lambda5,12lambda5-diphosphatricyclo [13, .2.1.06.10 ] octadecane-3,12-dione; (1R, 6R, 8R, 9S, 10R, 15R, 17R, 18R) -17- (2-amino-6-oxo-6,9-dihydro-1H-purin-9-yl) -8- (6-amino -9H-purin-9-yl) -3,9,12,18-tetrahydroxy-2,4,11,13,16-pentaoxa-3lambda5,12lambda5-diphosphatricyclo [13, .2.1.06,10] octadecane-3 , 12-dione; among others |
