REFERS TO A FORMULATION OF STABLE MULTIPARTICLES OF PANTOPRAZOLE SODIUM CHARACTERIZED BY HAVING A REDUCED RELEASE UNDER GASTRIC CONDITIONS AND RAPID RELEASE TO NEUTRAL PH, EACH MULTIPATICLE IS UNDERSTOOD AT LEAST A SODIUM PANTOPRAZOLE PROVIDED IN 5 SODIUM ESOPLE BY: 50% P / P, AND A SURFACTANT SUCH AS POLYSORBATE 80, IN ADDITION SUCH A NUCLEUS MAY CONTAIN A DISINTEGRANT, A pH REGULATOR AND HYPROMELLOSE; b) AN ENTERIC LAYER IN THE NUCLEUS CONSTITUTED BY A COPOLYMER OF METHACRYLIC ACID AND METHACRYLATES IN A RANGE OF 15 TO 45% P / P OF THE MULTIPARTICLES, SUCH MICROPARTICLES HAVE AN AVERAGE SIZE OF 1mm IN DIAMETER, AND ALSO UNDERTAKE INITIAL SEALING IN THE NUCLEUS AND A FINAL SEALING IN THE FINAL ENTERIC LAYER CONSTITUTED BY HYDROXYPROPYLMETILCELLULOSE (HYPROMELLOSE) AND WATER.
