SUCH THAT THE FINAL CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF THE RESULTING GASES IS ALTERED; REDUCING THE TOTALITY OF GASES, SUCH AS: SOx, NOx, VOC, HC, CO, CO2, AS WELL AS PARTICULATED EFFLUENT MATERIAL, RELEASING A GREATER QUANTITY OF OXYGEN TO THE ATMOSPHERE THAN THE RESULTING POST-COMBUSTION. A LIQUID CHEMICAL SOLUTION IS INVOLVED IN THIS PROCESS, COMPOSED OF DISTILLED WATER, SODIUM BICARBONATE AND UREA, IN ADDITION TO A MECHANICAL DEVICE THAT CONTAINS IT, ALLOWING THAT THIS SOLUTION COMES IN CONTACT WITH THE COMANDOLING GASES FROM THE VESSEL; AND IN ADDITION ONE OR SEVERAL FILTER ELEMENTS THAT ARE PART OF THE MECHANICAL DEVICE, COMPOSED BY A FIBER OF A POLYMERIC HYDROCARBON THAT REACTES CHEMICALLY IN THE PRESENCE OF CARBON, PRODUCING THE REACTION IN THE CHAIN OF THE INTERIOR COMFORTS OF HARMFUL RESULTING FUELS , CHIMNEYS, MOBILE OR STATIONARY SOURCES, REDUCING THEIR EMISSIONS, AS WELL AS RETAINING MOST OF THE SOLID ELEMENTS AND HYDROCARBONS INSIDE THE DEVICE.
