ONCE THE MICROCAPSULES ARE FULL, THEY ARE SEPARATED FROM THE REACTION MEDIUM BY FLOTATION, TAKEN IN A MEDIUM SUITABLE FOR PHYSIOLOGICAL USE AND DRY BY FREEZING, OPTIONALLY ADDING A CRYOPROTECTOR
