SAID FUEL IS SUPPLIED TO A FUEL CELL, TO PRODUCE ELECTRIC ENERGY, TAIL GAS SUBSTANTIALLY LESS THAN C5, LIQUIDS THAT BOIL IN THE RANGE OF C5-C20, MORE HYDROGEN THAN SPECIES OF CARBIDE / GASEOUS C4, LIQUID PRODUCTS STEAM, INCLUDING PARAFFINIC AND OPTIONALLY ISOPARAFINIC HYDROCARBONS. IT ALSO REFERS TO A SYSTEM TO CONVERT LIGHT HYDROCARBONS INTO HIGHER HYDROCARBONS, WHICH INCLUDES: i) A SYNTHESIS GAS SUBSYSTEM TO PROVIDE GAS THAT INCLUDES AT LEAST PARTIALLY LIGHT HYDROCARBONS; ii) A SYNTHESIS SUBSYSTEM TO RECEIVE SYNTHESIS GAS FROM THE SYNTHESIS GAS SUBSYSTEM; AND, iii) CONVERT GAS, AT LEAST IN PART, INTO HEAVY HYDROCARBONS
