Provided are a system and a method for preparing a high purity vanadium electrolyte. Vanadium oxytrichloride is used as a raw material, a low-valence vanadium oxide is prepared by ammonium salt precipitation and fluidization reduction, and a sulfuric acid solution and clean water are added to prepare a high purity vanadium electrolyte at a low temperature under the conditions of supersonic wave-assisted dissolution and activation. Through heat exchange between an ammonium salt and a reduction tail gas and heat exchange between a reduction product and fluidized nitrogen, heat is efficiently used. The ammonia gas in the reduction tail gas is recovered and used for vanadium precipitation so that ammonia gas recycling is realized. An inner member is arranged in a reduction fluidized bed, so that accurate control of the valence of a reduction product is realized. Furthermore, through the use of supersonic wave-assisted dissolution and activation, the vanadium electrolyte is prepared at a low temperature and the electrolyte activity is improved. The system and the method have advantages such as a short process, high efficiency and cleanliness, and stable product quality; and are suitable for large-scale industrial production. |
