Method for preparing physiologically active polypeptide complex |
abstract |
Disclosed is a method for preparing a conjugate of a physiologically active polypeptide covalently bound to a non-peptide polymer, comprising: (1) reacting physiologically active polypeptide with two or more N-terminals with a non-peptide polymer with reactive groups on 2-3 ends in a reaction solution with a pH of 4.5-7.0 comprising 45-55% organic solvent and sodium citrate to link physiologically active polypeptide with non-peptide polymer; and (2) isolating and purifying the conjugate of physiologically active polypeptide covalently bound to non-peptide polymer from the reaction mixture of the step (1). |
