604396 Disclosed are a C-form crystal of compound I (4,4’-[4-fluoro-7-({ 4-[4-(3-fluoro-2-methylphenyl)butoxy]phenyl} ethynyl)-2-methyl-1H-indole-1,3-diyl]dibutanoic acid.), a B-form crystal of compound II (4,4’-[2-methyl-7-({ 4-[4-(pentafluorophenyl)butoxy]phenyl} ethynyl)-1H-indole-1,3-diyl]dibutanoic acid.), and a C-form crystal of compound III (4,4’-[4-fluoro-2-methyl-7-({ 4-[4-(2,3,4,6-tetrafluorophenyl)butoxy]phenyl} ethynyl)-1H-indole-1,3-diyl]dibutanoic acid.), as set forth in the Description. The C-form may have the following XRPD peaks of about 6.41, 7.29, 9.22, 10.03, 10.24, 12.15, 12.59, 13.36, 13.88, 14.15, 14.44, 16.60, 17.33, 17.95, 18.44, 18.86, 19.27, 20.23, 21.10, 21.85, 22.26, 23.11, 23.63, and 24.38 at 2Ɵ degree in powdered X-ray diffraction spectrum. The B-form may have XRPD peaks of about 5.12, 8.94, 9.22, 10.16, 10.51, 12.07, 13.07, 13.62, 14.37, 14.90, 15.35, 16.05, 16.92, 17.52, 17.86, 18.61, 19.58, 19.92, 20.42, 21.19, 21.71, 22.03, 22.39, 23.74, and 24.24 at 2Ɵ degree in powdered X-ray diffraction spectrum. |
