titleOfInvention A new antibiotic containing simulacrum antibody, preparation methods and application thereof
abstract Patent No. 598593 Disclosed is an antibiotic comprising: (i) an antibody mimetic and a colicin, or (ii) an antibody mimetic and a channel-forming domain of a colicin, wherein the antibody mimetic covalently bonded to the carboxyl end of the polypeptide of the colicin or the channel-forming domain of the colicin, and wherein the colicin is selected from the group consisting of colicin E1, colicin Ia, colicin Ib, colicin A, colicin B, and colicin N, wherein the antibody mimetic comprises two complementarity determining regions (CDRs), wherein said two CDRs are VHCDR1 and VLCDR3, and wherein said CDRs are linked via a cognate framework region (VHFR2) of an immunoglobulin, and wherein the immunoglobulin specifically recognizes bacterium porins.
