Disclosed is an anti-TNFa receptor type 1 (TNFR1; p55) immunoglobulin single variable domain comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 99 % identical to the amino acid sequence of DOM1h-131-206 (shown in figure 3). Also disclosed is the use of the TNFa receptor type 1 antagonist in the manufacture of a medicament for treating and/or prophylaxis of an inflammatory condition. |
