abstract Disclosed is a method of preparing a tuff-amended plant growth substrate, comprising combining an organo-zeolitic mixture with a plant growth substrate such as animal manure andor green plant waste, in a ratio of about 1:2 to produce an amended plant growth substrate, and then adding excess zeolitic tuff, in a quantity of about 100 weight percent of that used in the organo-zeolitic mixture.
