Disclosed is a method of forming a structured abrasive article (100). The method includes: coating a backing (102) with binder formulation comprising at least 5 wt% of a particulate filler (104) with an average particle size of less than 100nm; partially curing the binder formulation by exposure to actinic radiation; and forming a pattern (106) in the partially cured binder formulation. |
