Disclosed is a compound of formula (I), or a salt thereof, wherein X is -NR3-, Y1 is CR3a, Y2 is CH or C-halogen, Y3 is N or CH, Z is O or -NH-, and wherein the other substituents are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is a prodrug of the compound wherein the compound has been acylated, alkylated, phosphorylated, or converted into borate or wherein a carboxyl group has been esterified or amidated. Also disclosed is a process for preparing the compound. Also disclosed is the use of the compound as a CRF receptor antagonist, and for treating affective disorder, depression, or anxiety. |
