abstract |
A fluid delivery system for a microfluidic device 24 comprises a fluid containing variable volume container 1 with an almost completely flexible wall and a conduit 8 to the microfluidic device 24. Gas pressure in the range of 10 to 200 psi is applied to the flexible wall of the container 1 to compress the container 1 and cause fluid to flow into the conduit 8. This method prevents the contamination of the fluid. . |
