Disclosed is a liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising an active substance chosen from cetirizine, levocctirizine and efletirizinc, and at least one preservative, wherein the amount of preservative is selected from methyl parahydroxybenzoate, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, a mixture of methyl parahydroxybenzoate and ethyl parahydroxybenzoate or propyl parahydroxybenzoate, and a mixture of methyl parahydroxybenzoate and propyl parahydroxybenzoate, and wherein the preservative is between 0 and 1.5mg/ml exclusive of the composition. |
