titleOfInvention Method for recycling rubber-containing wastes
abstract The inventive method consists in thermally liquefying wastes in an organic solvent at a temperature equal to or higher than 270°C and a pressure equal to or less than 6MPa, separating a liquid fraction from an undissolved product and in distilling the liquid fraction into a fraction whose boiling point is equal to or less that 220°C and a fraction whose boiling point is higher than 220°C. For a process initiation, said organic solvent is used in the form of alkylbenzene or a gasoline fraction whose boiling point is equal or less than 220°C. The thermal liquefaction in the organic solvent is carried out at a temperature ranging from 280 to 435°C, a pressure equal to or higher than 2.9 MPa at a mass ratio between said organic solvent and wastes equal to or higher than 1.0. The liquid fraction whose boiling point is equal to or less than 220°C is exposed to a catalytic reforming after which a part thereof is used as a target product. The other part of the liquid fraction whose boiling point is equal to or less than 220°C is used in the form of a solvent and returned for thermally liquefying a new waste lot at a temperature ranging from 280 to 435°C, a pressure equal to or higher than 2.9 MPa and a mass ratio between said organic solvent and wastes equal to or higher than 1.0. The thermal liquefying process having the same process conditions and associated with reforming and returning for thermally liquefying the part of a liquid fraction whose boiling point is equal or less that 220°C and which is already exposed to reforming is continued for a next and subsequent waste lots.
