Provided is a method of making an autologous T cell vaccine for the treatment of multiple sclerosis comprising: (a) reducing a population of patient peripheral blood mononuclear cells comprising CD4+ T cells; (b) adding a MS associated antigen and optionally antigen presenting cells; and (c) repeating step (b) one or more times. Further provided are vaccines produced by the method and use of the vaccine in the manufacture of a medicament for treating multiple sclerosis. |
