In particular it contains a promoter region, wherein said first sequence comprises a TATA box and at least one of the sequence motifs selected from the group consisting of: GTGGGGG; ACGTGGA; TCCACCT; TATCCAT; CATGCATG ;TGTAAAG; CCTACCA; and AATAGTA.
