abstract Disclosed is the use of alpha-aminoamide derivatives of formula (I) useful as antimigraine agents, particularly for the treatment of head pain conditions involving a cerebral vasodilatation mechanism such as migraine, cluster headache or other severe headache. The antimigraine agents are able to reduce or even stop the pain deriving from such conditions without, virtually, any side effects.
