abstract | Use of pyrimidine derivates of formula (I), as a free base or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the manufacture of a medicament in the treatment and/or prophylaxis of conditiosn associated with glycogen synthase kinase-3. The present invention further relates to a method of treatment and/or propyhlaxis of conditions associated wiht glycogen synthase kinase-3, comprising administrating to a mammal, including man inneed of such prevention and/or prophylaxis a therapeutically effective amount of said pyrimidine derivatives, as well as a pharmaceutical formulation for said use. In addition , the present invention relates to new compounds suitable for the inhibition of glycogen synthase kinase-3. |
