Disclosed is a method for MRl imaging comprising: conducting MRI imaging on a patient previously administered with an MRI contrast agent, wherein the contrast agent comprises a perfluoroalkyl-containing metal complex that has a critical micelle formation concentration <10-3 mol/l, a hydrodynamic micelle diameter (2 Rh)> 1 nm and a proton relaxivity in plasma (R1)>10 l/mmolĂ—s, and wherein the uptake of contrast agent in tissue has been allowed, and visualizing plaque in which contrast agent is uptaken, or independently simultaneously visualizing necroses and tumors in which contrast agent is uptaken. |
