A benzenesulphonamide derivative, an enantiomer, a diastereoisomer or an addition salt thereof has the formula (I) wherein: Ra is hydroxy, alkoxy, amino, alkylamino, dialkylamino, or optionally substituted arylalkylamino, aryloxy, arylamino or arylalkyloxy; A is CH and R1 is hydrogen or alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or optionally substituted aryl, arylcarbonyl, arylcarbonylalkyl, aryloxy, aryloxyalkyl, optionally substituted arylthio, arylthioalkyl, arylamino, arylalkylamino, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, heteroarylcarbonyl, heteroarylcarbonylalkyl, heteroaryloxy, heteroaryloxyalkyl, heteroarylthio, heteroarylthioalkyl, heteroaryl-amino or heteroarylalkylamino or A is nitrogen and R1 is hydrogen or alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or optionally substituted aryl, arylcarbonyl, arylcarbonylalkyl, arylsulphonyl, optionally substituted aryloxyalkyl, arylthioalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, heteroarylcarbonyl, heteroarylcarbonylalkyl, heteroaryloxyalkyl, heteroarylsulphonyl or heteroarylthioalkyl group or R1-A together are an oxygen atom or -C(H)=C(R3)(R4); R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen, alkyl or optionally substituted heteroaryl or aryl; R2 is hydrogen or alkyl; Rb and Rc are independently hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxy or trihaloalkyl; n is 2 to 6; m and p are independently 0 to 6. The compounds are useful for treating myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, cerebral vascular accidents, Raynaud's disease, asthma, bronchospasms, migraine or venous diseases. |
