abstract A pharmaceutical preparation contains a combination of two or more active substances in a therapeutically effective quantity. At least one of the active substances is dissolved and at least one of active substances is suspended. The formulation also comprises a co-solvent to increase the solubility of the dissolved active substance. The co-solvent is an alcohol, a pharmacologically tolerable ester, water or a mixture thereof. The preparation is for a propellant driven metered dose inhaler having a fluorohydrcarbon propellant.
