abstract | In the compounds of formula (I): n is 0, 1 or 2 R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are selected from H, halogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, perhaloalkyl, C3-C11 cycloalkyl, C3-C11 cycloalkyl-alkyl, hydroxy, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxy, alkoxyalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, acyloxy, carboxy, nitro, cyano, aminocarbonyl, (CH2)pNRaRb and OC(O)NRaRb, wherein p is 0 to 6, Ra and Rb are H, alkyl, C3-C11cycloalkyl, C3-C11 cycloalkyl-alkyl, acyl, optionally substituted aryl or arylalkyl group, or Ra and Rb form together with the nitrogen atom carrying them a pyrrolyl, piperidinyl or piperazinyl group, wherein each of those cyclic groups may be optionally substituted; or Two adjacent groups R2, R3, R4 and R5 form together with the carbon atoms carrying them, a group O(CH2)tO, wherein t is 1-3; R60, R70n, R80 and R90 are selected form H, hydroxy, alkoxy, O-(CO)-X or O(CO)NXW, wherein X and W are alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, C3-C11 cycloalkyl, C3-C11 cycloalkyl-alkyl or an optionally substituted aryl or arylalkyl group; R61, R71n, R81 and R91 is H, alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, or taken in pairs on adjacent carbon atoms, together form a bond or an oxirane group, or two geminal groups (R60 and R61) and/or (R70 and R71) and/or (R80 and R81) and/or (R90 and R91) together form an oxo group or a group O(CH2)t1O, wherein t1 is 1 to 3.
