Polypeptides having homology to the PRO533 protein and nucleic acid molecules encoding those polypeptides are disclosed. Also disclosed are vectors and host cells comprising those nucleic acid sequences, chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising the abovementioned polypeptides fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences, antibodies which bind to the polypeptides, and methods for producing the polypeptides. Also described are compositions and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of neoplastic cell growth and proliferation, particularly for conditions characterized by FgF-19 modulation. |
