The method comprises contacting the first compound and a catalyst in a solvent mixture comprising water and a first non-aqueous solvent. The first non-aqueous solvent is a non-chlorinated, fluorinated alkene or alkyne having four or fewer carbon atoms and the catalyst is an enzyme. |
